Employment Opportunity – Working Foreman – Water System

The North Tiverton Fire District (NTFD) is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Working Foreman – Water System.

This is a full-time working field leadership position responsible for directing daily operations of the District’s water system while actively performing the work alongside a small crew.

The selected candidate will serve as the lead field operator, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, coordinating work, and ensuring system reliability, safety, and performance. This position requires the ability to work independently, make sound decisions in the field, and take ownership of operations.

This position is intended to serve as the primary field lead for the District’s water system operations.

Employment Opportunity – Water System Operator

The North Tiverton Fire District (NTFD) is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Water System Operator.

This is a full-time, hands-on position responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the District’s water distribution and treatment systems.

The work is performed in the field under a wide range of conditions, including emergency response. This position is suited for individuals who are mechanically capable, dependable, and able to work independently with limited oversight.
